The main control software of the LIV Functionality Test System can be easily adapted to specific user requirements. Different test modules and editors for user defined configurations are available:
- Easy functionality expansion with additional software modules, e.g. for OLED IVL testing, OPV lifetime testing, or SMU operation. Modules can be added to existing software at any time, allowing easy adaptation to changing testing needs.
- Simultaneous operation of multiple SMUs with the same test parameters by simple SMU grouping in the main software. SMUs can be controlled on system, group, and individual SMU level.
- Multiple SMUs can run with individual testing modes, sample layouts, test parameters, etc. Main software supports simultaneous tests with different parameters.
- Operator mode for standard testing with predefined test recipes. User defined selection of fixed and variable parameters.
- User defined data file format for compatibility with test data bases and existing analysis tools.
- User defined online data display for an easy overview of important parameters.
- User defined formulas for online calculation of performance parameters and for minimized post-processing of test data.
