The Botest OLED Lifetime Tester (OLT) is designed to measure the most important device characteristics simultaneously. It monitors emission color and temperature in addition to the standard parameters luminance, current, and voltage.
It also allows for varying the parameters that influence OLED lifetime. All operation parameters, e.g. voltage, current, mode of operation, pulse time, pulse shape, etc. can be modified over a wide range. An extremely flexible concept allows operating every channel under different conditions. The system is also suited for the use under different environmental conditions, e.g. at low or high temperatures, high humidity, etc. The modular concept of the OLT and especially of the sample holders allows for easy and fast changes in device size and layout and also in the number of devices under test. LIV-characteristics can be measured at any time during lifetime monitoring. Extending the system with an additional software module even allows for using the OLT as a tool for standard electrooptical characterization of OLEDs, without requiring any changes in the system hardware. All these features make the OLT an indispensable tool for OLED characterization and especially for advanced OLED lifetime testing. |
